Cooling system -
in all compressors air-cooling system is used, in compressors with capacity above 75 kW groove fan may be replaced with a centrifugal.

Hose connections -
compressor parts compound with the use of high pressure hoses will extend the useful life and eliminates vibration transmission from the other elements of the compressor.

Regulated operation depending on the flow of compressed air (proportional)
Control of variable productive capacities is performed by the proportional control valve, which enables automatically depending on the consumption of compressed air.

Suction air filter
Suction air filter kit is presented by two-stage air filter brand Mann + Hummel with electrical indicator, paper element, easily replaceable with and self-timer and baghouse element.

Oil-separator tank
Air-oil mixture delivered from the compressor is subjected to a two-stage separation process. At the output from the tank residual oil content in the purified from oil air is max.2.3 mg / m3. Lubrication is provided without using pump by a difference in pressure inside the oil tank.

The microprocessor
LKV series compressors on standard have the control system with the microprocessor and LCD screen, especially designed for Lupamat company. Microprocessor LCD screen allows you to monitor the operating status of the compressor, the parameters of pressure and temperature, maintenance periods, faults that can cause a motor standstill, time to replace the bearings, oil, oil filter, air filters and separators as well as control other parameters.

Electric motor
In LKV series compressors are used asynchronous electric brands GAMAK, WATT and ABB, have CE certified performance class IE2, class protection IP 55, insulation class F.

Electropanel
LKV Series compressors’ system of electromanagement on standard provides with start contactors, auxiliary motor contactors, thermal relays motor protection, fuses, relays priority phase thermistor, performs temperature control motor and the direction of rotation of the screw unit.

Compressor’s cabin protection
All LKV series compressors on standard have compressor’s cabin protection equipment, enables easy access during repair, maintenance and control procedures in accordance with the EU directives and standards, with the established mechanical locking devices and lids that open on all sides. Compressor completely mounted on the chassis. For sound insulation the inner surface insulated with inflammable foam cabin, thus achieved reducing the operating noise to a minimum.

Screw block
In all LKV series compressors used high-tech single-screw units with oil injection made by Aerzener, GHH-RAND or Rotorcomp, providing high productivity, quality and energy efficiency. Drive System: Screw compressors with/without oil injection LKV-Mi type, also include various alternative embodiments of the drive system. For example, type compressors LKVMi, as standard equipment, provided with V-belt drive motor-screw unit and easily adjustable tension of the belt drive. On order, as standard, compressors are manufactured with an integrated inverter in the cabinet / Speed control unit motor enables power savings, direct dual-clutch screw block with integrated motor or gear.
